We accept exchanges of either "in store credit" or "exchange for another item" as long as you email us within 3 days of receiving your item. The item must be in new condition, perfume free and returned with all tags and packaging. We MUST receive a message through Etsy conversation for your return within 3 days of receiving your item. Then you will need to follow the shipping instructions. We do not credit the cost of shipping.
*All buyers are responsible for all shipping, store credit returns, and exchange your item shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped.
Due to the mostly one use nature of our items we do not offer refunds back to credit cards.

We have a very specific return policy, due to the mostly one-time use nature of our products, we do not offer refunds only exchanges.
 
We do understand however, that it is possible for a customer to occasionally order an item or items in the wrong size, color or even style so therefore we offer the exchange for another item/items or store credit that never expires. See exchange policy FAQ for more information.

We can not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods after we ship your items. Please be sure that your "ship to" address is correct and that it is delivered to a secure location.

We do not have any control over USPS shipping delays after your package leaves our hands. If you experience a delay in your shipment please contact USPS at www.usps.com with your tracking number that can be found on your Etsy order with any issues.
